The CRIMT Partnership Project on Institutional Experimentation for Better Work, which brings together the Interuniversity Research Centre on Globalization and Work (CRIMT) and an international network of partner centres and associated researchers, is organizing a major international conference entitled: Work on the Brink: Better Work for a Just and Sustainable Future. This conference will examine the disruptions and crises affecting the world of work, address their consequences, and critically assess the strategies, policies and actions implemented by world-of-work actors to support, mitigate, or counter these effects.

This conference will take place at HEC Montréal (Montreal, Canada) from Thursday, October 24 to Saturday, October 26, 2024. It is aimed at members of the academic community, as well as at professionals from the world of work. Also, for those unable to attend in person, the event will be fully hybrid to facilitate remote participation.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the conference. After that, no refunds will be made.

1. If you are registered and, due to unforeseen circumstances, are unable to attend the conference, we will refund all fees, except for the administration fee required by the online payment platform.

2. If you are registered for an in-person participation, but for one reason or another you need to participate remotely instead, we will refund the difference between the two amounts.

If you have any questions about our cancellation and refund policy, or any other administrative issues regarding the registration process, please contact: Marjorie Gionest-Larouche (Marjorie.Gionest-Larouche@rlt.ulaval.ca).
