With a voice that is warm, expressive, and deeply moving, Shari has been captivating audiences across Canada and the US for many years. Her performances are known for their authenticity, musical elegance, and the genuine connection she creates with every audience. Throughout her career, she has shared the stage at special events featuring artists including Celine Dion, Al Jarreau, Chantal Kreviazuk, PJ Perry, Tommy Banks, Oliver Jones, and many others. Shari is honored to be an alumni original cast member of the Montreal Bilingual Company of the hit musical Les Miserables.
Sharing the stage with Shari are two of Calgary’s finest musicians: acclaimed pianist, arranger, and musical director Jon Day, and outstanding bassist Rob Hutchinson. Together, this exceptional trio brings effortless chemistry and artistry to every performance.
The evening features a rich tapestry of timeless favorites, jazz standards, originals, memorable stories behind the music, beautiful French selections by Michel Legrand, music from Les Misérables, a few unexpected musical gems, and perhaps even a surprise or two.
This performance marks Shari’s debut at Café Théâtre/Cité des Rocheuses, making Feels Like Home an especially meaningful occasion. Inspired by the friendships and welcoming community she has found here, the concert is a celebration of belonging, music, and the joy of sharing it together.

5:30 PM – Doors open at the Café-Théâtre. Guests are invited to arrive early, settle in, and enjoy a meal or a drink before the show begins.7:30 PM – Shari takes the stage.8:10 PM – 15-minute intermission.8:25 PM – Second half of the performance.9:00 PM – Approximate end of the show.
To preserve the intimate atmosphere of the Café-Théâtre and ensure the best possible experience for all guests, no table service or ordering will be available during the performance. Service will be offered before the show and during the intermission. The bar will remain open throughout the evening.

Getting to the Café-Théâtre
The Café-Théâtre is located inside La Cité des Rocheuses, at 4800 Richard Road SW, Calgary, Alberta, a French-speaking community centre in southwest Calgary.
By car:
From downtown Calgary, take Crowchild Trail SW southbound and exit onto Richard Road SW.
Parking:
Parking is free. Guests may use any available parking space on the La Cité des Rocheuses site. After 5:00 PM and on weekends, parking is also permitted in the École Sainte-Marguerite-Bourgeoys parking lot.
By public transit:
La Cité des Rocheuses is served by several Calgary Transit bus routes. We recommend checking current schedules and route information before your trip.
Upon arrival:
Enter through the main entrance of La Cité des Rocheuses. The Café-Théâtre is located immediately to your left upon entering the building. Our team will be on site to welcome you and assist you if needed.
Doors open at 5:30 PM, giving you plenty of time to get settled and enjoy a meal or a drink before the performance begins at 7:30 PM.
Parking Information
Parking is free for Café-Théâtre guests.
You may use any available parking spaces on the La Cité des Rocheuses site.
In the evenings (after 5:00 PM) and on weekends, parking is also permitted in the École Sainte-Marguerite-Bourgeoys parking lot.
We recommend arriving a little early to allow time to park and settle in comfortably before the performance.
