Meeting Rooms

Take advantage of our complimentary meeting rooms to hold business meetings, connect with partners, or discuss projects in a quiet and private setting during Québec Mines + Énergie 2026.

Located in Foyer 4 at the Québec City Convention Centre, the enclosed meeting rooms are each equipped with a table, eight chairs, and access to electrical outlets. Wi-Fi is available throughout the Convention Centre.

Our team will be on-site to welcome you and direct you to your assigned meeting room.

Booking Guidelines

A maximum of two 30-minute time slots per day may be booked, whether consecutive or not.

Please arrive at Foyer 4 at your scheduled time and have your booking confirmation email ready.

If you do not arrive within five minutes of the start of your booking, the room will be made available to other participants.

Advance booking is mandatory. Please use only the meeting room assigned to you, as indicated in your booking confirmation email.
