His music draws on multi-ethnic influences, marked by a cultural melting pot that has existed on the island since the slave trade. Jean Jean Roosevelt combines Creole rhythms with reggae and Afrobeat influences. A socially committed artist with a rich repertoire tackling universal subjects, Jean Roosevelt is also a gold medallist at the 7th Jeux de la Francophonie Prix Tv5 Monde.  

Jean Jean Roosevelt continues his career with his main motivation being to contribute to the reconstruction of his beloved Haiti and to the emergence of a more just and equitable world.
