Marc Hervieux

Since 2009, Marc Hervieux has spoiled us with ten pop or classical albums, with 3 gold records and three Félix awards, including two for Album of the Year in the Classical/Vocal category. In the wake of these albums, which are always very popular with the public, Marc has toured Quebec on several occasions with his musicians.
During his career, the tenor has been heard on the international scene by responding to numerous prestigious invitations that have taken him from St. Petersburg to Paris, via Seoul, Metz, St. Paul/Minneapolis, Malaga, Taiwan and many others. On the national stage, he has sung for the opera in Montreal, Quebec City, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Victoria, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland, and has performed in concerts from coast to coast with the country's major symphony orchestras. Marc Hervieux has also joined the voices of many local artists, including Gilles Vigneault, Ginette Reno, Paul Daraîche, Éric Lapointe and French artist Gérard Lenormand. Along the way, he allowed himself a nice folly by starring in the musical Sister Act, presented by the Just for Laughs Festival. In December 2019, he reprised his role for the third consecutive year in December, the holiday musical signed QUÉBECISSIME. In January 2020, he took the stage at the TNM to bring the poet Nelligan to life in the new production of the opera of the same name.
A versatile artist, Marc is also active in television and radio. After hosting the daily magazine Cap sur l'été for two consecutive years, he transferred his good humor and musical knowledge to the variety show Virtuose, hosted by Gregory Charles and presented on Radio-Canada. At the microphone of the radio station Radio-Classique for 4 years, he can now be heard on the airwaves of Radio-Canada at ICI Première, ICI Musique and ICI Musique Classique.
