Emmanuelle Friant 

Emmanuelle Friant, Ph.D., holds a doctorate in modern history and a degree in English and North American studies. Founder of the Collectif d’Anthropologie et d’Histoire du Spirituel et des Affects (CAHSA), she specializes in the study of European and North American mindsets, sensibilities, and sociocultural and religious practices. She is a lecturer and has also taught history at the university level for 12 years, including 6 years at the Université de Montréal.
