Canada's largest festival of vanlife and outdoor enthusiasts is back for a 9th year.
El Campo takes over Baie de Beauport! This year, we're lucky to be holding the event on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, just 10 minutes from downtown Quebec City, in an exceptional setting with a beautiful beach and plenty of activities and services!
Campers are invited to arrive on Thursday, September 18, and the event ends on Sunday, September 21.
Once again this year: music with Qualité Motel and Waahli, exhibitors, workshops, children's activities and, of course, great encounters! Programming begins on Friday.
The event is reserved for converted vans 25 feet and under (Class B and C). Trailers up to 25 feet are also accepted, but cars must be parked in a designated area. Modified buses, ported campers, roof tents, converted minivans and SUVs and modified military vehicles are also accepted.
Reservation options:
For 2 and 3-night tickets, entry for 1 vehicle is included, consisting of a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children aged 17 and under.
2 nights: $149 +tx (Friday and Saturday)
3 nights: $169 +tx (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
Day ticket Friday: $20 +tx*
Day ticket Saturday: $35 +tx*
*Daily tickets do not include parking. A fee of $10 per car or $30 for vehicles over 25 feet applies. We recommend carpooling or taking public transit to avoid these costs.
Requests for refunds will be accepted until 5 p.m. on September 9.
When you arrive, first pass through the Baie de Beauport gatehouse. Our great volunteers will be waiting there to direct you to your parking area.
Reception opening hours:
Thursday: 4 p.m. to dusk (around 7:30 p.m.)
Friday: 1 pm to dusk (around 7:30 pm)
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Arriving after reception hours?
The reception desk will close at sunset (around 7:30 p.m.) on Thursday and Friday and at 12 p.m. on Saturday. If you arrive after reception hours, vans will be parked in the overflow area for the night and can be set up starting at 7 a.m. the next morning (you must be ready).
The BDB gate closes at 9:00 p.m., with openings every 30 minutes until 10:30 p.m. (9:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m., 10:30 p.m.). No arrivals after 10:30 p.m. Parking is prohibited after the gate and on neighboring streets—please plan an alternative for the night.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
