Andrea Lindsay & Luc de Larochellière

Andrea Lindsay is a Canadian pop singer-songwriter originally from Guelph, Ontario. Though raised as an anglophone, Lindsay fell in love with the French language following a stay in France at the age of 18, after which she decided to build a music career in French. In 2006, she released her debut album La belle étoile, and in 2009, her sophomore album Les sentinelles dorment won the JUNO award for Francophone Album of the Year, as well as several awards at the Trille d’or gala in Ontario, in addition to being nominated for the Félix-Leclerc Prize and the Félix Popular Album of the Year in Quebec. In 2012, Andrea and Luc De Larochellière released their first album together, C’est d’l’amour ou c’est comme, which won over audiences and critics alike. In 2016, Andrea released Entre le jazz et la java.

Luc De Larochellière is a Canadian singer-songwriter from Quebec who performed at the Festival de la Chanson de Granby, Quebec, where he won a number of awards. His debut album Amère America (1988) was certified gold and resulted in several hits including the title track Amère America as well as La route est longue and Chinatown Blues. In 1992, his sophomore album Sauvez mon âme won the Juno Award for Francophone Album of the Year. Thereafter, many more albums, tours and award nominations ensued, including three Félix Awards for Best Show, Best Pop/Rock Album, and Best Male Singer of the Year in Quebec's ADISQ Awards, to name a few.

In 2014, Luc released a compilation album of his biggest hits under the title En bref, and in 2017 was named French Songwriter of the Year at the Canadian Folk Music Awards.

Andrea Lindsay and Luc De Larochellière have been together for more than ten years – in love as in music – and in 2012, they released the album C'est d'l'amour ou c'est comme as a duo. In 2019, they released a second album together entitled S’il n’y avait que nous.
