Le Carrefour francophone is pleased to invite you to the launch of its 75th anniversary celebrations, a significant milestone in the cultural history of French Ontario.

For three-quarters of a century, the Carrefour francophone has been shaped by profound socio-cultural changes. As the oldest Francophone cultural centre in the province, its longevity is a testament to a remarkable collective commitment, driven by successive and dedicated generations who have served thousands of children and families.

This celebration will highlight  75 ans d’histoire, de rêves et de mordant - une Expo idéale (75 years of history, dreams, and dynamism - une Expo idéale)

Guests will be invited to explore an immersive exhibition spread across three floors of la Place des Arts in Greater Sudbury.

Created in collaboration with artist Nicholas Dupuis, this monumental work playfully illuminates the many generations and dreams of greatness that have sustained le Carrefour francophone: families, artists, children, volunteers, and community members. Each floor offers a journey through the major eras of its history, providing an opportunity for thousands of alumni to add their memories and their touch of history in a sensitive act of remembrance of the organization's journey.
