TEAM SALSA is a group formed by musicians from different countries who wish to express the rich essence of the Afro-descendant rhythms of “Salsa del Barrio” (Salsa From The Neighborhood) with the power of trombones, haunting harmonies and the energy of percussion.
Marc Knight, founder of Team Salsa, grew up in New York City and brings the sound and swing found in the New York and Afro-Caribbean salsa style. The musicians of TEAM SALSA have accompanied many international salsa artists and now come together to bring the original sound of salsa to life.
