The Tribally Yours Festival takes place at two locations.

The workshops are held at Maison pour la danse de Québec, Studio C (2nd floor), 336 rue du Roi, Québec, QC G1K 2W5. Free street parking is available, as well as parking at city meters (Copilote app) and in designated parking areas. However, the festival encourages you to use the numerous bus routes or to carpool to facilitate your travel. The Saturday evening gala takes place at Salle Montaigne (Cégep Limoilou Charlesbourg campus), 7600 3rd Avenue E, Québec, QC G1H 7L4. A large parking area is available at the entrance of the venue. Salle Montaigne is also easily accessible by public transport (routes 36, 39, 52, 59, 133, 136). From Maison pour la danse to Salle Montaigne, route 36 takes you directly in 20-25 minutes. By car, the journey takes approximately 15 minutes.

Accessible by car for free in the surrounding streets, with parking meters, paid parking zones or by public transport.

Zafirah

Zafirah (Multidisciplinary Artist & Bellydancer)

Passionate about art in all its forms, Zafirah has been exploring the world of oriental dance for over 20 years, a discipline that combines grace, fluidity, and power. She has studied and taught the Egyptian style, rooted in tradition, while incorporating fusion elements, notably Voi, bringing an expressive and ethereal dimension to her performances, and Turkish Roma dance. As an oriental dance teacher (2006-2017), she has trained numerous students with a focus on technique, feeling, and musicality. Her teaching combines fun and creativity, allowing students to explore the subtleties of movement while developing a deep connection with music and emotion. Over the years, Annie has participated in and organized various shows and cultural events, sharing her passion for dance through performances blending traditional and contemporary influences. Her artistic approach has allowed her to push the boundaries of oriental dance by integrating visual and performative elements from her multidisciplinary universe. Although her dance career has primarily evolved towards other artistic horizons, her attachment to oriental dance remains a common thread in her creative process, nourishing her current works and projects.
