Is bringing a special Quebecois experience to Maine!
On September 22,
join us to Portland for a festival of film and food!
Chefsfrom the Charlevoix region of Québec,including Jean Soulard
(Former Head Chef at Chateau Frontenac), will whip up dishes inspired by the documentary Empire of Scents as well as the Oscar award-winning movie Decline of the American Empire.
The five guest chefs will creatively draw from these films to develop a unique tasting menu that will further broaden your cinematic experience.
A panel discussion scheduled after the films will enhance your experience tenfold!
