Jean-Claude Beaudry (Qualiti7) - ITIL Expert

David Cannon (PeopleCert) - ITIL Expert

David Cannon is the PeopleCert Head of Americas.  He was also co-lead editor of ITIL 4 “Digital and IT Strategy” and the lead editor of ITIL 4 “Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services”.

David has worked on both the IT and Business side of service management, where he has used ITIL as a practitioner, consultant and business leader.  He has led consulting practices in Hewlett-Packard, BMC Software, and Forrester, where he has led or participated in projects with large, medium, and small organizations in every industry sector.

Today, David is part of a team that is focused on ensuring that ITIL stays relevant in a world that is being constantly disrupted by innovative use of technology.
