AQIC Roadtrip: The first regional meeting will be held in Chaudière-Appalaches

As part of its regional tour, the AQIC and WIO Culture are pleased to invite you to an inaugural regional meeting in the Chaudière-Appalaches region, hosted by our member, WIO Culture. This tour aims to connect with producers, suppliers, and socioeconomic stakeholders across Quebec’s regions to build relationships, foster on-the-ground dialogue, and raise awareness of this rapidly growing industry.

Hemp and cannabis play a tangible role in regional economic vitality today, driving quality job creation, investment, agricultural innovation, the development of specialized expertise, and local economic benefits. This meeting offers an opportunity to discover—or rediscover—this industry, build bridges between various regional stakeholders, and identify collaborative opportunities that can generate value, jobs, and lasting benefits for the region.

For this first stop, we aim to bring together the region’s producers and key players in a relaxed, sociable setting conducive to networking and discussion.

On the agenda:

A tour of WIO Culture’s facilities; an informal gathering under a marquee with snacks and refreshments; a discussion on regional realities, challenges, and opportunities; a presentation on the AQIC’s priorities and initiatives; and a dialogue on concrete ways to support the region’s producers and businesses.
