Learn the fundamentals of Bellydance—steps you can use anywhere

Discover movements that enhance confidence and body connection

Experience the therapeutic benefits of Bellydance for body and mind

Who can join?

Everyone who identifies as a women! Age 16-85. No experience needed. 

What to bring? 

A veil or scarf Comfortable clothes for movementChain Belt ( if you have one)Your wonderful energy!

Workshop structure:

Warm-up & IcebreakersCore Bellydance TechniquesGroup Exploration & ExpressionTake-home movement practice

Date & Time: Saturday March 22nd 11 am to 12 noon 

Location: Will be released soon!

Language: Bilingual, open to everyone that speaks Spanish, portuguese, french or english!
