Originally from Niger, Boubé grew up in Iferouane, a village near the Ténéré Desert, the birthplace of the renowned Touareg music festival. A self-taught musician, he started touring at the age of 13 with various groups in Africa. In 2012-2013, he played with Bombino, and then with Mdou Moctar in 2013-2014, touring Europe, North America, and Turkey. A talented guitarist and drummer, he is also a singer-songwriter, releasing his debut album "Issaktan" in 2023.  His music, described as ''desert blues,'' explores themes such as peace and friendship, featuring meditative or rock melodies. Some compare him to the ''Jimmy Hendrix of the Sahara.'' Dive into the captivating musical world of Boubé!
