Dan Fyah Beats

Dan “Fiyah” Beats is a versatile artist/musician and producer based in Montreal. Born to Jamaican parents, he plays various instruments, influencing his musical style. He is an energetic and conscious Rastafarian whose songs tell a story.

He has opened up or backed, and even has produced for a wide range of artists including; Beres Hammond, Beenie Man, Everton Blender, Sugar Minott, Maytones, Mighty Diamonds, Ken Boothe, Junior Kelly, Luciano, Lutan Fyah and Protoje to name a few. True to his name, he is "Fiyah" on stage.

Juliet Nelson

Juliet Nelson is one of Montréal’s most talented reggae singers. A native of Mandeville, in central Jamaica, and now living in Montréal, Juliet perfected her vocal talents in church choirs. At age 16, she moved toward reggae.

Since then, she has thrilled Canadian audiences, collaborating with the New Horizons Band, Jah Cuttah and the Determination Band. She has also toured with Juno Award-winner Lorraine Klaasen as a backup singer.

After many world tours with Grammy Award-winner Buju Banton and the sensational Wayne Wonder, Juliet joined another award-winning band, Worl-A-Girl. She was a Penthouse Recording solo artist with popular singles including Turn Down the Lights, Lead You, Show and Tell and Love Me or Leave Me to her credit.

Juliet has lent her gentle voice to many recorded works and live performances by Vernon Maytone as well as to various local and international reggae artists. Her song I Try is on the Montréal production of the compilation album Riddim Vibez, released in May 2011.

Juliet’s releases between 2012 and 2021 include separate tracks on the Subsonik label. Love, Come Back Home, Where is the Love, It’s My Life and All This Love are found on various compilation albums for the Indie Rootz label.

Saboo

Saboo est un compositeur - interprète engagé. Initié dès son plus jeune âge à la musique du monde, il s’est intéressé aux chansons de Bob Marley. Fils des organisateurs du Festival international de percussions de Longueuil créé en 2001, il a aidé à la technique et par la suite comme régisseur de la scène de la relève lors du festival, ce qui lui a permis d’exploiter à fond ses talents d’organisateur et d’artiste.

Lors d’un voyage en Jamaïque en 2011 il a contacté le Studio Tuff Gong (Bob Marley studio) et leur a proposé un extrait de la chanson Boomgaïa. Un accord c’est conclu entre le studio et Saboo pour enregistrer avec des musiciens au studio Tuff Gong en janvier 2012 à Kingston et enregistré deux vidéoclips à Negril, Westmoreland. En décembre 2012 il a enregistré Jamaica Vibes au même studio ainsi que le vidéo clip.

Accompagné de musiciens et/ou de séquences, il vous propose ses chansons avec une note rythmique et poétique ainsi que des paroles consciencieuses. Son rêve est de devenir un artiste accompli en embrassant la musique du monde sur toutes ses formes. Artiste vif, d’une énergie contagieuse, il anime la scène pour ouvrir des horizons sur la réalité actuelle, ainsi que sur les problèmes politiques et environnementaux.

Wayne Tennant

Wayne Tennant, an R&B/Soul Singer-Songwriter and Producer based in Montreal, Canada, draws inspiration from icons like Prince, Babyface, and Stevie Wonder. His genre-bending music blends funk, electronica, and retro sub-genres, creating a unique brand of alternative R&B.

In 2015, Tennant released his debut album "Life in Minor Key," and the video for his single “Crash”was featured on Canada's national news (CBC News). He earned a nomination for "Anglophone Artist of the Year" at the inaugural Gala Dynasty Awards in 2017.

Recently, Tennant participated in Canadian indie-pop singer Charlotte Cardin's virtual showcase, "The Phoenix Experience" (2021), serving as part of her choir. Additionally, he collaborated with Canadian pop singer Jonathan Roy, appearing and singing in the acoustic music video for the single "Lost."

Since the latter part of 2021, Tennant has been a key member of the lead lineup of the band Busty & the Bass. Simultaneously, he released the EP "Curfew Flowers" in October 2021.
