She transcends genres and has captivated audiences worldwide. Dessy is also 1/2 creator and lead singer of Parlor Social duo and archetype of Speakeasy Soul. She is the archetype of an urban pop Joan of Arc. She has shared the stage with The Roots, Anderson Paak, and Bilal Oliver, and held the featured performer on Anthony Hamilton’s “Playing it Cool Tour” at the House of Blues. Even had the honor of performing, at the request of the Italian government, for the inauguration of President Barack Obama.
