Presented by the Manoir-Papineau National Historic Site, Tales from the Shadow is an immersive experience inspired by the 19th century. Touring the grand estate of Louis-Joseph Papineau, visitors will be accompanied by a costumed interpreter who will reveal the secrets, stories, and customs of the upper middle class of the era.

The tour begins with a short lantern-lit walk through the forest. Guests will then visit several rooms on the upper floor of the manor, where whispers, rumors, and intriguing tales are sure to circulate.

* "Tales from the shadow" is different but complementary to the usual daily tours. You could have visited the manor during the day and revisit it in the evening without redundancy.

Duration: Approximately 90 minutes (including walking time)

Fees:

Adult: $18.00

Senior (person 65 years of age or over): $18.00

Youth (person 10 to 17 years of age ): $18.00

Not recommanded for children under 10 years old

The tour requires a physical effort. It is not accessible to people with restricted physical ability
