A whole new experience is waiting for the Boréale en Choeur Choir - sharing the stage with a group of incredible a cappella signers! Though the show will only last a few hours in March of 2020, the project began during the summer of 2019, with the re-structuing of songs and numerous practises in collaboration with the guys from QW4RTZ.

This project has two objectives : (1) to reinforce the choir's abilities in order for it to continue to evolve and surpass itself and (2) present a showstopping concert where the public will discover QW4RTZ's phenomenal new ablum and the choir's new-found sound!

QW4RTZ

QW4RTZ is four amazing vocalists who join their voices to make you laugh, dance, sing, but most of all, leave you amazed by the sound of their vocal harmonies. Hailing originally from Trois-Rivières, Quebec, each member of the quartet is a gifted singer in their own right. Their songs – in English, with some French and the odd recognizable Spanish-language pop hit – are beautifully crafted using the breadth of all 4 voices. Together, they bring all of their talent, their senses of humour, beatboxing chops, dance steps – and ability to unite the audience on a memorable musical ride. www.qw4rtz.ca/

Boréale en Choeur

The Boréale en Choeur choir project was started three years ago when Mélissa Larose, the choir director, invited many of her talented friends to sing at her wedding. Evidently, the experience was unforgettable, seeing as this community choir was officially created shortly thereafter. Over the next two years, the number of choir members grew significantly - we can now find about fifty local signers on-stage. For the choir director, is it very important to create opportunities for people to get together and to sing in front of a large crowd, to help them overcome their fears and set their creativity and talents free.
