Get ready for an unforgettable night of funky grooves and high-energy jams with Grammy Award-winning vocalist, songwriter, and producer Jermaine Holmes, alongside the multi-talented singer Rojo LaVoe, live in Montreal on March 16th, 2025!

Together, they’ve laid down tracks with legendary artists like D'Angelo, Meli'sa Morgan, Daniel Lanois, LiV Warfield, MonoNeon, Bobby Sparks, Pete Rock and the Soul Brothers, Marcus Machado, Chris Dave and the DrumHedz, Ray Angry, and more. Charles Middleton (aka Redd or Rojo LaVoe) and Jermaine Holmes have an extensive catalog of music, an infectious stage presence, and a deep love for funk that’ll keep you moving all night long!

As LaVoe & Maine, Jermaine and Rojo bring the funk straight to the stage, blending tight rhythms, smooth vocals, and a vibe that'll elevate your soul. This will also be an incredible opportunity for local artists to jam alongside high-caliber musicians, sharing the stage and energy with some of the best in the game.

The night will kick off with two short and sweet opening acts by local talents Amira Liza and Nino & Electric, setting the tone with their own unique sounds before the funk explosion begins.

Get ready for a night of non-stop jams, dance-offs, and funky beats that’ll take you "Another Level" and leave you "HIGHER in Your Love." Don’t miss this explosive jam session — it’s going to be one for the books!

Canamericans House Band

Nino & Electric Soul

Nino & Electric Soul was formed by

frontman Nino Flamenco in Montreal,

Canada, in 2021, as a way to dive deeper

into his inner self during a time of

change, both musically and personally.

Growing up in a musical household with

a mother who is a soul singer, an older

brother rooted in hip-hop culture, and

a father whose musical taste varies

from jazz to rock, Nino found his outlet

and a way to express himself after

picking up a guitar at the age of 5. He

found his voice around the same time

and coincidentally on his mother's self-

titled debut album Sylvie Desgroseilliers

as a feature on one of the lead singles,

Ta chanson.

Nino & Electric Soul established their

genre within Soul. Reminiscent of the

70s, their musical arrangements and

use of live instruments are inspired by

artists such as Stevie Wonder, Marvin

Gaye, Earth Wind and Fire, Jimi

Hendrix, and Funkadelic. Additionally,

the attitude of 90s and 2010s R&B

artists like D'Angelo and Anderson .Paak

helped the band develop their sound.
