World Yoga Day, the ideal day to get together and practice a discipline that is as good for the mind as for the body. For the occasion, Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth and Beyond StruKtureS invite you to a relaxing break - a half-hour intimate guided meditation session that will hep reenergize your nervous system. A certified Yoga Nidra instructor will join us to help you reconnect with yourself just in time for the weekend!

Yoga Nidra is an ancient relaxation practice known for leading to deep relaxation and benefits, among others, on sleep disorders. It can be practiced by everyone, regardless of your age and fitness.

The February 22 session will go as follows:

Introduction (5 minutes): Presentation of Yoga Nidra

Meditation (20 minutes)

Acclimation (5 minutes)

Meditation is normally done in lying position. If necessary, chairs will also be available. Yoga mats will be provided, but you can bring your own.

Stay with us after the session, as Moment Spa will be offering complimentary chair massages.
