Queer life often survives in fragments: in overheard stories, in bodies that refuse to behave, in memories carried across borders. Bringing together Bel Olid, Shani Mootoo, and Will Straw, this conversation moves between language, intimacy, and the spaces where queer worlds take shape. From Olid’s La madre incompleta to Mootoo’s  Starry Starry Night, and through Straw’s Nights in Fairyland, the discussion follows how queer lives are shaped, shared, and sustained — quietly, relationally, and often out of view.
