The Winter Festival will be held from March 4 to 5, 2023.
The festivities revolve around family values, accompanied by folkloric musical presentations in support of Quebec, Franco-Albertan, African and Aboriginal traditions, as well as a mini "Galala" that will lead us to the discovery of young emerging artists from Francophone and immersion schools.
The festival offers various activities for families including a Children's Village, a youth center, and an exhibitors' market with some cultural interactive activities indoors. Sports games are offered outdoors, although, in case of bad weather, they will be offered in the gymnasium of Sainte Marguerite-Bourgeoys school.
Maple taffy on snow will be part of the event as well as other surprise activities that will introduce traditions from different francophone countries around the world.A meal will be served on site from 11:00am until 2:00pm:
Eggs, Potatoes, Ham in syrup / Chicken (Ham will be replaced by chicken for those who do not eat pork.), Beans with bacon (no pork), Pancakes, Coffee, and Juice for children.
*The option to purchase the meal (only) is reserved for visitors and guests who have already purchased or received their entrance ticket(s).
