Codefendants

Codefendants est un supergroupe de genre fluide (hip-hop, punk, new-wave, flamenco) surnommé « Crime Wave », formé par Fat Mike (NOFX), Ceschi Ramos et Sam King (Get Dead). Signés chez Fat Wreck Chords, ils ont sorti l'album This Is Crime Wave en 2023 et préparent leur deuxième album, Lifers, pour avril 2026, incluant le single « Rivals » avec The D.O.C.

Conflit Majeur

In January 2023, four music fanatics, who spent their teenage years listening to bands like NOFX, Propagandhi, Vulgaires Machins, and Bad Religion, decided to form a band with one goal in mind: to play fast, loud, and above all, make some noise on the Montreal underground scene. Hailing from Terrebonne, they progressed rapidly and released their debut EP, *Le recueil des clowns*, in July 2023. This release earned them their first nomination at the 2024 GAMIQ Gala in the "Punk Album of the Year" category. They have performed at various festivals, such as Phoque Off and Pouzza Fest. Conflit Majeur has over 50,000 streams across different digital platforms, which has led to appearances on several podcasts, including "Du Bruit dans mes oreilles" and "Le Clash Podcast".

Currently composed of Anton Samoylenko on drums, Thomas Bujold on electric bass, Charles-Antoine Leroux on guitar, and Justin Thibault on vocals and guitar, the French-speaking band is a prominent presence on the local scene. In May 2025, they released their debut album, Désinvolte, a record offering a more mature and explosive sound, reflecting the values ​​that drive them. The album was independently produced, with the collaboration of Direkt-in studio in L'Assomption.
