The Flower Kings in Montreal
The Swedish progressive rock band The Flower Kings will be in Montreal on February 28 at Club Soda. They will take the opportunity to present their new album that will be available in November.
The Flower Kings was formed in 1994 by veteran and progressive rock icon Roine Stolt. They were among the leading bands of the progressive rock renaissance in the 90s. They have to their credit twelve studio albums.
Roine Stolt is one of the most prolific musicians in today's progressive rock movement. Alongside The Flower Kings, he has been seen in such bands as Transatlantic, Agents of Mercy, The Tangent, Kaipa and more recently The Sea Within. He has also worked with Steve Hackett and Jon Anderson.
The Flower Kings is completed by Hasse Froberg (vocals, guitar), Jonas Reingold (bass), Zach Kamins (Keyboards), Mirko Demaio (drums).
