Hommage à Metallica par AlcoholicA
For the past 27 years, AlcoholicA – A Tribute to Metallica has rocked hundreds of events and festivals, powered by the loyalty of their fans. Their often sold-out shows speak for themselves, and their strong online presence includes over 18,000 fans on Facebook.
Recognized as pioneers of the tribute scene in Quebec, AlcoholicA has been featured in major media outlets, including Le Retour with Benoit Gagnon and the hit TV game show Le Banquier. In 2017, they headlined the official show for Canada’s 150th Anniversary in Rimouski.
In 2004, the band had the honor of meeting Metallica in Montreal, where James Hetfield personally thanked them for their tribute. Members of Godsmack and Metallica’s own crew — including legendary producer Flemming Rasmussen — have also praised the band’s outstanding performance quality.
With Jean-François Vincenti – bassist (NonHuman Era) and founding member of AlcoholicA, Pierre St-Jean – vocalist and guitarist (Heaven’s Cry, NonHuman Era, Voivod), the powerhouse drumming of Sébastien Dubuc, and one of their two guitar virtuosos, Jay Lupien or Sam Dufour, AlcoholicA promises to deliver a show unlike anything you’ve ever seen or heard.
