Rana Adada-Lamy
Rana Adada-Lamy is a dedicated physiotherapist, certified Pilates instructor and co-owner at Kinatex Rockland, specializing in pelvic and perineal rehabilitation. A graduate of McGill University in 1993, she also has expertise in perineal rehabilitation and holds a Pilates certification since 2003. Rana is driven by helping her patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
At Kinatex Sports Physio since 2007, Rana focuses on manual therapy, dry needling, craniosacral therapy, and pelvic and perineal rehabilitation, offering personalized treatments to her clientele. Rana adopts a patient-centered approach, firmly believing in equipping her patients to reach their full potential while preventing injuries and preserving their abilities. Her treatment method is diverse and always seeks new techniques.
Rana has built a niche clientele among various performing artists, particularly dancers, but is also welcoming patients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.
