Camille Moumdjian

Camille Moumdjian is an Associate consultant based out of Montréal who provides support to Mercer’s Communication, Career and DEI teams.

Since joining Mercer in 2020, Camille has focused on Talent Strategy through DEI consulting, Executive and Organizational Succession Planning, HR Transformation and Workforce Planning.

Camille enables both public and private organizations to develop impactful and holistic Change Management and Communication strategies at any step of their journey through understanding, empowering and listening to people. She is a firm believer that diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives are success levers that lead to healthier, more sustainable organizations.

Camille recently completed Cornell’s DEI certificate program Building a Diverse Workforce and frequently partners with Women in Governance to review parity certifications for major organizations and provide recommendations for stronger DEI policies.

Camille holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Sherbrooke.
