Raoul Cyr, musical director of the R.C. Jazz Ensemble big band, is at the centre of a red-hot line-up. This time he is presenting a rereading of a pivotal moment in jazz history, hard bop. This musical current is characterized by jazz resulting from a fusion of bop, gospel and blues. A stage filled with six wonderful musicians from the Laurentians!
