Hardcore learning undulations and isolations on a floor, parterre dancing.

And walk - don't stay, go, bring your dance and come along to your great performance. 

Including an important warmup in the beginning. Wear comfortable clothes, don't forget knee pads and please, be sure that you don't have any problems with your knees and foot lift.

*Please note that all workshops will be Live on zoom at the same moment.
