earthdancers
earthdancers is a Sudbury-based, youth-directed, contemporary and modern dance company. Their mission is to promote environmental awareness within their community through annual benefit performances, in which all ticket sales are donated to environmental causes locally, nationally, and globally. They strive to be leaders in rejuvenating and sustaining the planet for their ‘tomorrow,’ setting this precedent through the universal communication of dance. Since 1989, they have succeeded in donating over $206 000 to various environmental organizations. This year, they will present their 31st annual production.
