In 2015, Renée-Claude founded RCP Coaching & Conseils RH (HR Consulting). A few years later, in 2018, she launched SISMIK, along with solid business partners who share her vision, her values and her drive. Earlier in her career, she held the positions of Managing Advisor and Human Resource Manager for such companies as Keurig Canada, Bell Media (Astral) and Air Canada.
Renée-Claude has a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from the HEC, Montreal. She is also a certified International Coach Federation (ICF) coach, a Gallup—StrengthsFinder certified coach, a certified team performance coach (CTPC) and has the necessary expertise to administer and interpret Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) profiles as well as all the team diagnostic tools of Team Coaching International.
