This winter, the Bureau de la vie étudiante invites you to take part in a curling and pizza night. You will have the opportunity to meet other students, to discover the Olympic sport of curling and finally to eat a good pizza.

The activity includes :

Curling instructors to introduce you to this Olympic sport;

1 hour of ice time;

1 hour of ice-breaking activities to meet the other participants;

A pizza supper;

A soft drink;

Lots of fun :)

When : Thursday, March 16. Arrival at 4:30 p.m. at the Jacques-Cartier curling club and departure around 8:30 p.m.

Price : $21

Clothing details: This activity takes place entirely indoors but the temperature on the ice is 4 degrees. It is suggested to dress warmly with warm clothing/jacket, gloves, tuque and scarf. However, you must choose clothing that will allow you to move for your athletic performance. You must also bring a pair of clean sports shoes that are different then what you wore outside.

Note: You must present your student ID to participate in the activity.

The Club de curling Jacques-Cartier is located at 1015 René-Lévesque Boulevard West. If you are departing from Université Laval, all you have to do is take the Métrobus 800 (direction Beauport) or the 801 (direction Charlesbourg) and get off at stop #1575 Belvédère. It should take you about 10 minutes.

Parking is available in the nearby streets. Careful with time limits so you don't get a parking ticket.
