Registrations refunds:

Attendees wishing to request a refund must do so by October 15, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

Booths will be refunded à 50% of the total invoice price at the request of the customer before October 15, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

In the outcome of the cancellation ot the event, the registration fees will be refunded in full.
