Afrotronix

AfrotroniX is a character belonging to the Afro-Futurist world of pop music. Created and developed by the musician Caleb Rimtobaye, the character made his first appearance in 2014. Played on stage by the artist, wearing a helmet and a combination, he enrolled African music in the era of digital creation by merging music electronic African rhythms and Tuareg blues. Allegory of the new Africa, AfrotroniX tends to deconstruct the commonly conveyed image of the African continent.

Sarahmée

Originaly from Senegal, Sarahmée has distinguished herself by collaborating with several international artistits throughout her career. Currently one of the few recognized urban artists in this predominantly male universe . Sarahmée is making noise again with her new album Irréversible which is a perfect mix of Pop -Latin, Rap and Afro music. Selected to be one of the faces of Sephora’s cosmetics last advertising campaign in Canada. Sarahmée has truely created a sound of her own.

Nicole Musoni

Montreal's best kept secret ; Nicole Musoni is a singer-songwriter-composer who caught everybody's attention with her new single "Die With Me," a track produced by Kaytranada. This Afrocentric songstress whose roots are deeply embedded in East African soil, is the eldest daughter of the popular Rwandan artist Évariste Musoni, she was barely 2 years old when she set foot on stage for the first time; she accompanied her father to the mythic Odéon Palace auditorium in Bujumbura, capital of Burundi.
