Cory Gumienny is an influencer, leader and sought after communicator, both in the business realm and with NGO’s. With over 23 years of experience in mobilizing people in non-profit organizations, he has gained unique insight into what leads to an organization’s sustained success.

This experience, coupled with his 20 years of helping construction businesses grow profits and develop new talent, have uniquely equipped him to empower a new generation of leaders to create sustained change.

Cory has been a public speaker since he was 18 years old. He is equally comfortable communicating with a small group of five people as he is addressing a large crowd. His speaking engagements have taken him across Canada, to the USA, Europe and to Haiti.

Cory is the founder and president of inChange Consulting (inChange.ca). He has also sat on multiple boards, including those of PEER Servants Canada, Le Chemin and Impact Society.
